You are providing your personal information to us for the primary purpose of expressing your interest in a position as a doctor at a Ramsay Facility or registering to attend an event hosted by Ramsay Health Care. Ramsay will retain your personal information for future use in accordance with this Collection Statement.
You may refuse to provide some or all of your personal information; however, this may limit the ability of Ramsay to communicate with you regarding your expression of interest or registration.
You agree that Ramsay may use or disclose your personal information for the primary purpose, pursuant to the Ramsay Privacy Policy or for any related secondary purpose including:
- Consideration of your expression of interest by the relevant Ramsay Facility and other Ramsay Facilities;
- Providing you with information about other job opportunities or events that may be of interest to you;
- Providing you with general information about Ramsay relevant to your profession;
- Reporting your attendance at events to professional bodies to meet reporting requirements for continuing professional development (‘cPD’) accredited activities
- Storing your attendance records for CPD auditing purposes;
- Providing you with a certificate of attendance for any event;
- Collection of statistics relating to the provision of services by Ramsay; and
- Meeting Ramsay business objectives including internal reporting obligations.
You may opt out of Ramsay communications at any time by emailing doctors@ramsayhealth.com.au or by replying ‘unsubscribe’ to any communication received.

By proceeding with the submission of your expression of interest or registration for an event, you agree to the terms of this Collection Statement.
